Now in no way are we makeup artists, but we loveeee playing with makeup and trying new products.
It is so fun to create an entire makeup look that can transform your outfit and kick it up a notch {or two, haha}.
Today I did a fun grey and silver smokey eye on Tee that would be perfect for New Year’s Eve! Even if you are just wearing a simple outfit, this eye makeup will transform your look perfect for a fun party or event-or just hanging on your couch drinking champs, which is always a good idea!
Keep on reading for a step by step guide on how to recreate this fun look!

Saying a big goodbye to 2015 and looking forward to ringing in 2016!
Since the Holidays in general really crept up on us, neither of us bought anything special to wear on New Year’s this year.
So we’re showing you how we pulled pieces from our closet in order to create some fun and affordable ensembs!
//Pop of Sequins//
These sequined leggings are so comfy, but look perfect for NYE! Pairing them with a comfy longline sweater tones down the sequins a bit if you’re wearing these to a house party or something more casual.

Throwing on a sweater can be much easier and comfier than having to wear or carry a winter coat. The weather here in Florida is perfect to bundle up in a nice cozy sweater when heading out for the day! Kat and I opted to show you how we style a sweater ensemb for some last minute Christmas shopping!
I chose to wear one of my fav sweaters by Michael Kors. I bought it on clearance at Marshall’s for around $20. I think the zipper in the front adds some more style to the sweater and of course I love that it’s black. Like I say you can never go wrong with a classic color.

Happy first day Winter!
Even though temps here in Florida have risen instead of dropped, we can still pretend to dress for a chilly Winter season!
We both absolutely adore styling a nice coat. You would be surprised to see how many coats we each have {especially Kristina} seeing as we both live in Florida. But it does occasionally get cold here, haha, and you never know when you’ll be traveling somewhere that you will actually have to dress for the season.
Kristina bought this gorgggg green and leather coat from Burlington Coat Factory. It is the perfect coat for a Winter night out. It has that dark forest green color and the leather sleeves give it the perfect edge!
Cinching it in at the waist is so flattering!

Both Kat and I love to throw in a little pop of color (if you have it) when dressing around the holidays-specifically red and green will make it just a touch more festive!
One of my favorite colors is dark green and luckily I found a dark green button up with white polka dots at Old Navy for just $13! It’s a very light shirt which I love for these {non} Florida winters haha.

Leather is a staple in our closets. I honestly feel like everyone should have a leather jacket in their closets {real or faux}. It can take any outfit up a notch and give it an edgy, stylish vibe.
Adding leather into your wardrobe can be done in multiple ways! In this case we are showing you how we style a gorgeoussss green leather jacket and my favorite faux leather leggings.
Faux leather leggings are one of my go-to’s! Anytime I don’t know what to wear for a night out, I throw on a pair with a flowy blouse, some heels and I’m good to go. It is such an easy, comfy outfit but it looks chic and put together.

We are finalllyyyyy getting a cold front Friday here in Florida and we could not be more excited {even if it won’t last very long}! I can’t wait to pull out some sweaters and jackets. We styled two of our favorite sweaters to prepare for a nice chilly night!
Tee loves this French Connection sweater she bought at Marshalls last year. It is so cozy and the color is so versatile. She paired it with some dark Paige denim skinnies and Vince Camuto moto boots.

This is our first affordable home decor post and it couldn’t come at a more fun time! We absolutely love decorating for the Holidays. It really does not have to cost a lot to decorate your home. The most expensive piece in my home around this time is our Christmas tree. We {ahem, I} like a giant, real tree so that caaan get a bit pricey. But all of our other Holiday decor is budget friendly!
This post willll be overflowing with pictures because even though we are always together, we don’t live together. So we have two separate homes to decorate. We also each have our own unique twist on holiday decor!

Black is a staple in both of our wardrobes. I wear black on the regular, maybe even a little too often (is that even possible though?) and around this time of year olive is becoming a close second.
We are loving olive blouses, pants, blazers, and even accessories! This olive blazer Kristina is styling from Zara is pure perfection. It has an amazing fit and is such a gorgeous color. She bought it early this year after stores were marking down all their Fall and Winter apparel so it was a steal.
But don’t worry! We linked some amazing and affordable options down below.

Hello everyone! Sooo, I decided to do a post about a women’s accessory staple-purses. I have quite a few but most of the time I honestly hate having one with me when I go out shopping, to dinner, Disney or pretty much anywhere-I know i’m crazy. I know they’re convenient to have because you can just dump anything and everything in it, but sometimes I just hate having to carry something and worry about it. Since I typically try to bring a purse everywhere, so that my phone, wallet, lip gloss, gum, and other junk have a place to be, I usually opt for the cross body because sometimes you forget it’s even there!
