Shopping for presents around the holidays is difficult as it is but not knowing what to get someone and dealing with the crowds and expensive price tags, can really make the experience unenjoyable. Shopping for men can make things even more stressful because either they never want anything or they don’t know what they want because they never go out shopping. For these reasons, we decided to make an under $20 gift guide for men in hopes that it will make your lives a bit easier!
Not to sound redundant but every TJ Maxx and Marshalls (no matter the location) has a men’s section around Christmas and a section with bar utensils containing tons of great options for great prices. Everything from whiskey glasses to poker sets to beer card games can be found at these stores. They can be great for brothers, dads, husbands or even just guy friends young and old.
A great gift for only $12.99 at Marshalls are a set of two diamond shaped whiskey glasses that lay tilted on their side. I found them online for $16. If you just Google ‘diamond shaped whiskey glasses’ several listings come up, but I have yet to see one priced as low as the Marshalls price and most of the online stores that carry the glasses are located in Europe so there is a bit of a price difference.
My next favorite gift idea is the Carry on Cocktail Kit. This little kit gives you what you need (minus the real alcohol) to make the cocktail known as The Old Fashioned when traveling via plane. It’s super cute and pocket sized. Right now it is listed on amazon for $19.58 and free shipping with prime. However, plenty of online stores are carrying this nifty little gift for around $24 if you just Google ‘carry on cocktail kit.’
Most men love to hang out with their friends and enjoy some drinks, eat, or watch a game so another great gift idea is a poker set. Amazon has a 200 piece set for only $9.99 and it is a best seller! This is a great gift that many people can enjoy. Also, our Marshalls is carrying a beer card game and a wine card game for only $6 so be sure to check the stores out too in case you’re looking for something different!

For men who enjoy wearing cologne but don’t always treat themselves to it or for women who just enjoy smelling cologne the Ralph Lauren Polo Big Pony Body Spray (Number 1) smells absolutely amazing! I haven’t smelled any of the other numbers, but I’m sure there are other good ones! This is priced at $19 on Macys.com with free shipping! It’s not going to last as long as actual cologne since it is a body spray but just a little of this goes a long way and it is something you both can enjoy!
I was trying to think of some things that men use every day or at least on a regular basis and I came up with a wallet and a toiletry bag or as my dad likes to call it a necessaire. This Steve Madden toiletry bag is perfect for men to use when traveling or just to store all their stuff in while at home (keeps the bathroom neater!). It’s a great price at only $12.99! Since men always carry their wallet on them, it’s definitely a great gift if they are in need of a new one or just to give their current one a break. Lately, I’ve been loving, even for myself, just the card holders instead of a full wallet, but I found one of each that I really love at TJMaxx.com. Both are also different styles for different men. One is a bit dressier while the other is more rustic because of the distressed leather.
There are so many gifts out there under $20, but I had to limit this otherwise it would’ve been 10 pages long haha. And I know many of the gifts are alcohol related ha- I swear I’m not a drunk all the time 😉 In all seriousness, these are actual gifts I have gotten the men in my life before, maybe not the exact ones but similar items.
