So, it was my birthday this past week and my amazing sister was sweet enough to plan a weekend trip to one of the most magical places on earth: Walt Disney World! Especially since we live in Florida, Kat and I love to go to Disney as often as we can with our seasonal passes. We’re obsessed with the rides, characters, food and of course drinks! They just always make it so special.
To start off my birthday celebration Kat booked us a room at The Dolphin hotel. This is right in the heart of Disney which made it so easy to navigate to the parks and even better the hotel was super gorg with all the lights at night!
Since Kat made my birthday so special I wanted to do something nice for us both so, I was able to score a prime reservation at Cinderella’s Royal Table right inside her castle in Magic Kingdom! We were able to visit and take pics with Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Ariel, and Jasmine! The experience was the epitome of Disney and is def worth it for any die hard Disney goer. We felt like Disney princesses!
Not only did we get to celebrate my birthday, but it was one of Kat’s besties’ birthday too! So, in order to celebrate we were able to do it in style at Epcot. Of course nothing is more fun than drinking around the world as a birthday celebration. We hit most of the countries haha trying their specialty drinks. It was nothing short of another perfect day at Disney!
If you ever plan a trip to Disney we def recommend trying some good eats and drinks like our faves: the slushy orange or citron drink at France, Apfel shot in Germany, Cinderella’s Royal Table, a caramel apple in Hollywood Studios’s Sweet Spells or the Yak & Yeti stand/restaurant in Animal Kingdom for some delishh Asian cuisine!
We also hear there is an amazing cookie ice cream treat at a shop on Main Street in Magic Kingdom{we will definitely be trying it the next trip}!
You can never go wrong with Disney! I’m lucky to have a sister as perfect as Kat. If you’re a big ride fanatic like us, make sure you visit Tower of Terror, Rockin’ Rollercoaster, and of course Expedition Everest!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and please share with us some of your fav Disney experiences!
